Clinic Services & Fees

We are devoted to ensuring you have the highest quality care, with the most transparency.
Our goal is to ensure your safety, functional improvements and getting you back to what you want to do in life.

Joint, muscle and nerve treatment for the spine and every joint.

Chiropractic is a safe and effective treatment for many common complaints such as lower back pain, neck pain, headaches and migraines, shoulders, hips, knees and ankles. Treatment may include adjustments, mobilizations, gentle contact with a joint, soft tissue techniques such as manual release therapy, and other specific chiropractic techniques like interferrential current (IFC).

There are no added costs for different techniques used (excluding acupuncture). Manual release therapy is very similar to ART soft tissue techniques and is included in your visit should Dr. Matt feel this is necessary and you agree to it.

X-rays are not a normal part of a chiropractic exam. Should part of your exam indicate that you need to have imaging taken, Dr. Matt will discuss this with you and refer you to the appropriate provider (such as your family doctor) or imaging facility.

Fees

New Patient exam: $100  -  45 minutes

Regular chiropractic visit: $50  -  20 minutes

Extended chiropractic visit: $60  -  30 minutes

Injury rehabilitation, muscle and joint pain

Depending on your personal goals, physiotherapy can assist you to restore, maintain or improve your strength, function, movement, and overall well-being.

Physiotherapy can involve physical rehabilitation after an injury or surgery, injury prevention and risk reduction and getting to the root cause of your pain. Treatment may include manual (hands-on) therapy, an individualized exercise program, education and certain modalities as needed (such as, heat, ice, therapeutic or athletic taping and cupping).

All physiotherapy sessions at Dynamic Movement will be one-on-one with our registered physiotherapist, Danielle. Sessions are provided in a private treatment room and the physiotherapist is never double booked or seeing multiple patients at once.

Your first visit will involve a detailed assessment and treatment, taking approximately 1 hour. Danielle will ask you questions about your health history and the reason for your visit. She will perform a series of objective tests to evaluate and diagnose your condition. You will then receive a treatment plan completely designed to accommodate your goals and needs. Follow-up sessions are provided in time blocks of 30, 45 and 60 minutes and Danielle will discuss her recommendations with you based on your condition.

Effective and safe treatment for muscle and nerve issues.

Acupuncture uses single use sterile needles that target various muscles to help stimulate proper function, recovery, and mobility of a muscle or group of muscles. The needles are incredibly thin, comfortable and treatments are designed to be effective and concise. Anatomical western-based approaches to needling are used including electro-acupuncture to stimulate needles to improve the function of a muscle.

*Please note that as per regulations in Ontario, Dr. Matt is licensed to perform acupuncture under chiropractic treatment (not an acupuncturist) and any acupuncture is billed as a chiropractic modality. Insurance companies will only reimburse acupuncture treatment under chiropractic extended health benefits and your invoice will reflect this.

Fees

New Patient: $95  -  1 hour

Regular acupuncute session: $60  -  30 minutes

No HST is charged for acupuncture, and is billed as a chiropractic service by chiropractors in Ontario. It is not eligible for acupuncture insurance benefits.

Functional support for the needs of your feet and ankles.

Orthotics are used to help add stability and structure to the feet to support proper foot and ankle movement. They can be useful for dealing with plantar fasciitis, ankle pain, foot pain, lower leg and knee pain as well as back pain. People that work long hours on their feet or on hard surfaces have found great results with orthotic use. All orthotics are made by The Orthotic Group in Markham Ontario. Orthotics can be fitted for use in most shoes, even including women's dress flats (very thin).

Fees

Price: $475  -  30 minutes

Includes: exam, foam casting, 1 pair of custom orthotics, and follow up fitting.

At this point, HST is not charged for orthotics, subject to change as required.
